Common troubleshooting of welding machine

Row welding machine is widely used in construction, maintenance, manufacturing and other industries, especially in the most widely used BX type. Therefore, it is very important to understand the common faults of BX type welding machine and its elimination method.
1. working principle
First of all, BX -330 type welding machine as an example to introduce its working principle.
BX-330-type row welding machine, is a dynamic core leakage magnetic row welding machine, row welder no-load voltage of 60 V ~ 70 V, the working voltage of 30 V. The current regulation range is 50 A ~ 450 A. Figure 1 is BX -330 type row welding machine primary and secondary winding wiring diagram. The coarse adjustment of the welding current is achieved by changing the wiring of the secondary winding. When the 2 terminals and 3 terminals are connected, the no-load voltage is 70 V. The welding current is 160 A -450 A. The micro-regulation of the current is achieved by the movement of the movable iron core, the leakage of the welding machine.
