Sieve and the relationship between the wire around the tube

Wire-wound tubes and sieves are custom-made according to the needs of customers for the production of sieve plate centrifugal separator or sieve-like machine. It may be designed such that the filter pad is mounted on an existing frame or in the form of an integral support structure. Winding tubes can be used for pulp and paper and mineral processing  but must be particularly hard to resist high centrifugal force and high temperature also need to have a special anti-wear. Winding tube can also be used for sugar processing sieve plate, but the design should pay special attention to minimize errors.
