Operation rules of steel bar welding machine

First, before the operation:
1, steel mesh welding machine / wire mesh machine / row welding machine must be designated to use and management;
2, the operator must be skilled row welding machine structure, performance, operation and maintenance methods, and after training on the machine operation;
3, check whether the equipment fasteners loose, chain wheel, rack and pinion, gearbox, whether the lack of moving orbit;
4, check the electronic control box switch is sensitive safe and reliable, with or without exception;
5, check the electrical equipment of the metal shell is a solid and reliable access to zero (ground) protection.
Second, the operation:
1, close the power switch, to the welding machine power supply;
2, check whether the grid platform in the starting position, if it is the third step, if not pull the net platform to the starting position, while the pull network controller must be transferred to the HP2 location, and confirmed;
3, the "welding network control switch" and "pull the network control switch" pull to the position;
4, into the wire;
5, press the "start" button to start the spindle motor;
6, open the "governor" switch, turn the "speed" button to make the machine turn;
7, the machine turned down the first weft, and then open the "pull net control"
In the second half of the year, teachers will be automatically welded; pay attention to the weft to the device placed in the weft into the weft.
8, after the completion of the machine welding, close the "wire mesh control" and "pull net control" switch, turn the speed control button to "off" and brakes, so that the machine stops;
9, remove the mesh, through the next piece of wire mesh with the wire;
10, press the "return" button to pull the net back to the starting position;
11, repeat steps 6-10. Normal work.
Third, after the operation:
1, the end of the work, cut off the power, lock the power cabinet;
2, do a good job of equipment inspection and maintenance work.
